Hello My cat is old and he have lost he's appetite. He doesnt eat much and has already lost a lot of weight. Im really worried! Can anyone help me? - Give me some advice? Rikke, Please get to the vet ASAP. I'm in a similar situation and my kitty's being treated for IBD. If you don't get to a vet, you won't be able to improve the situation much. Good luck, Rob
