Cat Forum / Health and Behavior / July 2006Wiggle worms
I feed the cats in the kitchen, probably like most of you. Due to their different personalities, one stands and stares at me and (I think) cusses me in cat language for taking so long. The other rolls over and over on the floor, and does this weird and very cute thing where she inches forward appearing to use nothing but her spine. So she is moving side to side AND forward and turning on her backbone like is is an axis. That was a really bad description, but honestly I have never seen a cat do this "wiggle worm" thing before. My Cinder does this all the time. I would say Tweaker does something similar, although not when it's feeding time. Sometimes I sit down on the floor to play with him, and he rolls on his back and slithers toward me while batting at my hand. Charlie > Anybody else have a wiggle worm cat? She is a lucky cat and she knows it. Jupiter on the other hand is spoiled rotten!
