Fact or Fiction - Can Dogs eat cat food?

Dogs "can" eat everything including their own poop.

What is your question? Do dogs and cats have very different nutritional
needs? Yes.

Is cat food therefore good for dogs? No.

Yes but it doesn't do them much good and makes them fart terribly.
