Is this normal or is my cat a dangerous alien from outer space?
Because my other cat only breathes fire and cannot shoot lightnings.

Pfffft. Oh, please. Any kitten can do this.

It depends. What color are the lightnings? Space aliens shoot
different lightnings from their tails than cats do. Fire breathing
without tail lightnings is a sign of social retardation, however.
Your other cat must go to special training classes or else be shunned
at cat parties when they're comparing lightnings.
