poor Sam cat we moved to apartments that dosen't allow cats or dogs out unless
on a leash, this was a couple years, she does go out on the balcony and yowls
and I mean yowl (yes, she's neutered)

I'm deteremined to get her back outside, locally I live in a very rural area,
online shopping it is

the prices range from $3.95 to $20.00 !

I know about cat harness's, when Sam went outside she always had a break away
collar

any suggestions much appreciated

I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Cats hate harnesses, and don't seem to mind the jackets.

Money well spent if they're going to be in them a lot.

 Hi ,
If you have any problems walking your cat on the harness then I
recommend reading Karen Pryor's Clicker training for cats. It has a
chapter on how to train them to walk on a leash and also to teach them
to come to you  if they are unsure or panic instead of trying to run
away . You can order the book on=line from Amazon . com or co .uk
