My 6 year old cat who is being treated for pancreatitis now has a rash
on his forehead, and fur/skin is coming off in little tufts from his
cheeks.  I have not seen him scratching at all, just washing his face
with his paw which is pulling the hair out and he now has a raw area
on one cheek and the start of it on the other.
Meds he is on - Torbutrol since Feb 1
                        Flagyl since March 11
and he was given wheat bran in his food for 6 days until I noticed
this rash starting on his forehead.  I was applying Animax to the
effected areas but now am just putting in on the non-open areas on the
forehead.
Any help?

You should call your vet tonight - surely they have someone on call.  I
don't' know anything about the meds, but the symptoms are not good.  I
wouldn't give him any more meds or wheat bran until you talk to the vet.

Agree with Buddy, need to call your vet, but thought I'd let you know my cat
got a rash on forehead and red, hot ears when I tried wheat litter; could be
that your's is allergic to wheat too.
