I would like to train my cat to not want to come in the house to go to the
toilet tray, but to go outside. I don't want to upset him and put him of
using the toilet tray if night thought. Can you please suggest how I can go
about doing this.

You need to clean outside too -- otherwise flies and bugs. I should
think scooping would be preferable.
