The food you feed your cats should have every vitamin they need. You
shouldn't be feeding them any additional vitamin supplements.

It depends on what you need. With a healthy young cat, there shouldn't
be any problems.
But there are many health issues that vitamins can help.
I don't give vitamins to my 3 and 11 year olds, but my 17 year old
kitty gets them, and I can see a difference.
It would help to know what the original poster is trying to
accomplish. Better skin condition, arthritis, etc.
