I havn't posted regularly for awhile - those who may remember me know
I have 3 rescue cats - and they have off and on problems with herpes
virus.

I am happy to say that since I have had them on l-lysine 500mg daily
as a constant supplement that we have not had to visit the vet for an
outbreak of symptoms for the past year after 1 year of several
outbreaks and a very sick cat5.

Ms. Thang had her shots today and all went well. She didn't like the
shots but when she got home she pranced all over the place and acted
like she was sure happy to be back home - she is no sleeping in the
window bed enjoying the sun.

My question is were going to paint our master bedroom - I don't want
any mishaps with the kittys - How long is it fair to put them in a
small bedroom? What about the fumes? Will this cause the herpes to
react?

Do you have an air purifier? This might be a very prudent purchase and is
useful even after painting. If you are just painting one room, just keep
that room closed, no?

I don't have a purifier - we are just painting one room - plan to keep
it closed & open the windows there.
