Hi,

my cat caught a cold after going into the vet overnight for a heart
condition, and, because we live in a small place, he wound up giving
it to our other two cats. So, while he appears to be getting back to
normal after 7 days, they're just coming down with it (sneezing,
mainly, so far). But, he just started sneezing too, which he hadn't
done since the beginning of his cold over a week ago; is it possible
that he could have re-caught this cold from the other two? I know this
rarely happens with people because they build up immunity, but I'm
wondering if it's the same with cats. I would have to have an endless
cycle of three sniffling cats!

(he was on antibiotics for this as well, but haven't taken the others
in so far, since they seem to be dealing well enough so far).

thanks,

z

These are two reasons why your cats should receive FHV and FCV vaccines
every three years.....
