I posted about a month ago to say that I had started volunteering at a local
shelter. I mostly help with the cats, but on one day my sister and I helped
out by walking some dogs. My sister told some co-workers about the dogs we
had walked, and yesterday, one of them adopted one of the dogs. My sister
and I went over to her house after work to see the dog and she (the dog) was
so happy (tail wagging, giving her paw, etc). Now I have to figure out how
to do that for the cats! Just wanted to share some good news for a change!
