Absolutely! *is a Madisonian, now*
I take my two girls to Cat Care Clinic, which is a feline-only clinic. The
only clincher is that you sort of need to know when to say no. They like to
suggest treatments that go beyond what might be necessary, without giving
the simple treatments a chance to work. But I've never seen staff so
attentive and genuinely adoring of my cats, or vet techs that recognized me
instantly after a month (and with my name, they have to have met me, or 98%
of the time, they mangle it). 608-238-2287 or catcare@catcareclinic.net
Otherwise, I do believe the University of Wisconsin school of Veterinary
Medicine does offer regular appointments, and that will give you the top of
the line in EVERYTHING. My sister brought her german shepherd down to the UW
for treatment while he was undergoing treatment for hepatitis
(unfortunately, he lost that battle about a week ago), and that was a 3 hour
drive ONE way for her, but it was the best care she could get for Reggie, so
she did it.
Dane County Humane Society also has a number of wonderful volunteer vets,
and our staff vet (and techs, for that matter) would likely be more than
happy to recommend vets they know well and work with often. The regular
staff themselves are more than happy to offer suggestions as well.

A girlfriend of mine lives in Sun Prairie and she's been happy with
the Sun Prairie vet clinic. I don't have a number to give you, but
I'msure they're in the phone book.
