Cat Milk?

I periodically give my cat this lactose free cat milk I buy from Kroger. He
absolutely loves it. Is this milk good for him or is it kitty junk food. Just
wondering.

My vet said it was fine until the CRF.  She actually liked the regular
lactose-free milk for people better.  It's the same exact thing by the
manufacturers own admission, just without the taurine added, or
whatever.  And it's way cheaper.
