If you recall, I have a couple of foster kittens, just turned 8 weeks.
I think I'll be keeping the girl. She's the one who obsessively
suckles on my neck.
She's added some new behavior to it.
Every now and then, she'll lean her head back, look up at me and
squeak.
As soon as I squeak back, she'll stand, jam her face INto my nose (and
sliming it with all the spit on her face), do a head butt and then go
back to suckling.
I *think* she might be telling me that she wants me to keep stroking
her back.
But I'm not sure. Maybe my hand/arm movements are reawakening her --
I try to do either computer work or working on my beads while she's
suckling, but I'm thinking she wants my full 100% attention.
heh.
It's hard to stroke her back for more than an hour straight! :-)
So what do you think?
a) "Mom pay more attention! This is serious stuff here!"
b) "I love you, mommy, do you love me?"
c) "Hold still, you're waking me up!"
d) None of the above: ______________________

I know our 3 year old cat does this to us, especially in the morning, sort
of a wake up call! Can be a bit startling, but I can think of worse ways to
be woken up.
