When Alex had a pharangeal feeding tube a couple of years ago, the
tube exited out the side of his jaw and was sutured around to the
back of his neck, then wrapped with gauze (which I eventually
replaced with a sock top, as you did). The end of the tube stuck out
over the back of his head. He looked like Marvin the Martian. ;-)

fine...I just took it off to brush him a little...I'll keep an eye on him...if
he starts in again I'll put the sock collar back on. Hard to be mad it
them...it'
