Great article, Cheryl. Very interesting about carbs and glucose toxicity, and
also how a cat's natural insulin resistence is affected by a high carb diet.

This opens up the debate about carbohydrates in cat food.
I'd love to see a DVM with a PhD in animal nutrition start participating
