My cat just ran head on into the sliding glass door!

He hit it hard too and started making noises like he was sneezing but
after a minute he was ok and I picked her up and pet her for awile and
touched her nose to see if she was hurt and she seems ok..  Should I be
worried?

Keep an eye on her. If you see any strange behaviour or her eyes dialating
different sizes I'd take her in. Otherwise she was probably just stunned.

One of our kitties ran into the wall when she was little and broke a little
bone in her nose.  Might just want to watch the kitty closely.

I'd be kind of concerned about his intelligence level, but he seems to be
physically ok.  if you're worried take him in to see the vet.

Wow, that's so amazing!  Boy cat runs into sliding glass door and
turns into girl cat.  Believe it or not!!!

Hahaha!  does that work for humans?  Not that I want to try...
