Last night, little Whosis came into bed with me, and snuggled down
against my head. Frank came, saw his place on the pillow next to mine
was taken, and settled down by my feet. Miranda came, saw the little
interloper was in bed with me, hissed at him and left to sleep somewhere
else.

Today, I took my customary afternoon nap (I'm still off work this week,
and little Whatchamacall'im snuggled up against my head again (it gets
really hot!). Miranda circled around the bed for a bit, then she came
and snuggled up against my legs. Frank came into bed briefly, but his
pillow was occupied again, and he stalked off to the sauna for a nap. I
don't think it will be long before they all sleep with me in bed.

I'm beginning to learn what the term 'musical foodbowls' means. I give
Frank his kidney diet, Miranda her fresh meat, and Baby Boy his kitten
gooshyfood. Frank wants Miranda's meat, Stripey Britches would love
Frank's kidney diet, and Miranda isn't that interested in food at all.
<sigh>

Every chance I get (whenever little Lap Fungus leaves me alone), I pick
up Miranda and cuddle and scritch her and tell her she's still the
princess of the family. She seems to be coming around. She still hisses
at the little one, and today she let out some very impressive growls,
but she hasn't tried to attack him, and sleeping in the same bed would
seem to indicate she's getting ready to accept him.

You have a sauna right in your home? How nice! I understand sauna is
very popular in Finland, but I didn't think you get one right in your home.
I have a sauna downstairs (I live in a highrise) next to the whirpool. Not
many use it.

Lil' Britches :)  It sounds very good to me. I sure wish you could interest
Mir in food.
