A funny thing she does is try to catch bugs that are on the outside of
the window.  She will leap at the same bug over and over again, only
pawing the glass every time.  Of course the bug knows it is safe so it
stays put until it wants to go elsewhere.  I'm just happy she can
entertain herself with something other than kitchen counter walking
and other kitty no-no activities.

Rusty use to do that too. I was afraid he would break a window and
fall down. I live in a highrise. Now he ignors them and just eats and
sleeps.

That's one of Harri's favorite activities too. One time we were laid over
just south of Bend, OR for a couple days. We were parked right next to a
beautiful forest area so Harri wanted to go walking frequently. Only
problem was that the whole area was swarming with mosquitos. We did quite
a few walks after I picked up a can of bug repellant, but Harri still got
bored. In the afternoon her boredom was relieved when some bees decided to
check out the truck. The bees would land on the outside of the windshield,
Harri would do her absolute best to catch them through the glass, the bees
wold move away when Harri hit the glass, and Harri woudl then follow the
bees to wherever they landed next. It was great fun for Harri and provided
me with quite a bit of entertainment too.
