Well, not really blond, but Sugar is getting "oranged tipped" from sleeping
in the summer sun! I will have to try to get a picture.

It can be hard to photograph subtle changes in coat color.  You
have to get the light just about perfect.

Our Zubie(RB) was a black-and-white tuxedo in the winter time.
In summer she became quite auburn, particularly on her flanks.
When that happened, we could also see a hint of tabby in her
coat.

Oh man! Yeah, do try to put some pictures up!

I've been thinking about giving my cat Ruprehct a perm.

Both Jasper and Carrie seem to have a reddish tinge to their fur if the
light is right (they're both black and white, Carrie more white than
Jasper).

Kitty FC, who is mostly black (tuxedo) always used to get bleached orange
tipped from sun, not so much so now, she stays in the house a lot as she is
getting really old.  Doesn't stop her from nipping out now and again and
catching a dove for breakfast if I don't get up early enough to suit her
appetite ;-)
