Booping the Cube

Last winter we bought a fabric covered, foam cube cat bed for the owners.
It has a dangly toy hanging from the top and extra padding on the bottom so
that the cats can be cozy and "hidden" if they want.  It used to sit under
my computer desk.

Used to.  Last night I heard a noise and turned around to see the cube
rolling around the bedroom.  Then I noticed four little black kitten paws
underneath it.  Qui Gun Kit had taken the cube over, was inside rolling it
around the room and then walking with the thing upon his back.  Going
totally turtle.

He was still going turtle when Sonya walked into the room and saw the cube
moving around the room.  She took a flying leap and landed square in the
middle of it.  The cube squiggled, then attacked Sonya back.  Sonya and the
cube rolled around the room, until the cube came up square against the
vanity in the bathroom alcove.  Qui burst out of the cube's door then shot
across the room with Sonya in hot pursuit.  Having cowed her son, Sonya
walked back to the cube, mashed down a side of it so that the cube was now
an L and took a seat.  She looked like a queen on her throne.

Of course Qui couldn't just let her be.  He slunk from under the bed, to the
printer stand, then under the towel stand, then on to the attack.  The two
of them rolled around for a while, then some how Sonya got inside the cube.
Qui booped the cube repeatedly trying to get Sonya to come out and play
fair, but it didn't work.  So Qui Gun Kit took a nap on it, with Sonya
inside.

ROFLMAO!!!  We have a cube, and Imp used to curl up in it all the time.
Then he went through this phase of rolling around in it too.  There
would be times I would wake up, come out into the living room and the
cube would be upended in the middle of the room.

Course he doesn't do that any more.  Lost interest.

But I can't imagine how it must look with two cats wrestling over it.
hehehehehehee

Oh man.  A video of this would have been priceless.  What a little
character.

What a pity you didn't have a video camera handy. ;-)

A house is not a home, without a cat.

Oh man, where is a video camera when you need one?  You could have gotten
$100 and a T-Shirt from "The Planet's Funniest Animals" for that!  ;>

ROFL!  It's times like these that you wish you had a camera implanted
in your forehead.   :-P
