Apparently, a cat owner was waiting at the vet's office, and was stuck while holding his cat. Both survived. I have seen a couple of similiar accidents, back when I was working as a factory security guard. In one case, brakes failed on a parked flat-bed trailer, and it rolled back until it flattened a chain-link fence, coming to a stop with the fence-post at a 45-degree angle. In the other case, an 18-wheeler driver forgot to set his brakes, and his truck rolled down a slope into the river. Fortunately, the trailer struck bottom and the rig came to a halt before the tractor had rolled all of the way down the slope. It took three large tow-trucks, working in unison, to pull the tractor and trailer back up onto the parking lot.  SignatureJohn F.
