Another little visitor

We had a persistent little visitor today - a little orange cat who
looked a little like Little Feet (who is fixed, by the way).

He meowed and meowed, and pawed at the door, until we let him in. He
rubbed against my leg, walked past the food, and (literally)
hightailed it to the litter box.

As soon as he was finished, he asked to be let outside again.

I am still laughing at this.

Ha! It must be a neighbor cat just "visiting" or he'd have scarfed up
the food. I have to say I've *never* had cat just come in the use the
bathroom.

Until I moved to my present apartment, my cats were always
indoor/outdoor, but I once had one who ALWAYS came in to use
the litterbox!  (I don't think I ever saw her use the
outdoor spot the other cats all used.)

LOL!  "Hey, can I come in and use your bathroom, please??"  That's
definitely an original. Maybe he wants you to know he won't eat you out of
house and home, but likes to know where the restrooms are around town. =o)

How did he know where it is???  He must have been in emergency contact
with the Mothership.

LOL!  Like a little kid asking to use the neighbor's bathroom because he
can't make it home in time.

ROTFL

Back in the days when I let LB into the OUT unsupervised she would
demand to be let in when it was time to use the litterbox, and then be
ready to head back to the OUT. I wonder if she ever demanded to be let
in at the neighbor's when I wasn't around to perform my doorman duty.

My 4 kitties are indoor kitties, but we all go into the fenced
townhouse backyard on nice days for a little air.  I leave the
door open a bit so they can go back in if they want.  I have
noticed that they go in the house to use the litter box and
then come back out.  They have no idea that they could use
the yard, but that is just as well because then it always smells
nice out there.

It made me laugh, too.   "I need the toilet.  I NEED THE TOILET, LET ME IN.
Whew.. that's better, thanks, bye.."  At least he rubbed against your leg
first!  Bless his little cotton socks.

LOL! 'Please please let me use your bathroom before I burst... thanks
a lot!' I wonder if he'll come back again :)
