Thursday was our first day of summer over here, we hit 100F (38C) for
the first time this year. The cats are now spending very little time in
their enclosure, mostly early in the morning. We're also down to 2-3
cats in bed at night. Luna almost always sleeps between our pillows and
Xoxo always sleeps by our feet. Basho starts the night with us (he
actually comes and finds me around 10pm to tell me it's time to go to
bed), fights anybody who gets on the bed, but ends up leaving around
midnight for cooler digs. :) Fez will spend a few hours next to Luna,
he just loves his mamma so much.
Today is going to be another scorcher, I'll try to stay indoors. :)

Be careful! I remember those Texas summers. It has been in the 90s
here and just walking from the car to the grocery it felt like the sun
was beating me into the pavement with a hammer!

We call the sun "The Death Star". :)

Awww, Fez loves Luna :) It's hot here, too, Victor. Not yet 10 AM and 85F.
Persia keeps pretending she wants out in her Kitty Walk but I know better.
She'll hang out there maybe 3 minutes and then decide I was right, it's too
hot... Mommy, let me IN from the OUT!

Here in the north we already had several severe heat alerts this year.
The humidex was up to over 40C. The heavy demand of electricity
from AC already created blackouts.
Rusty doesn't seem to be bordered by the heat as he chose the
hottest room to sleep in.
Fortunately we are having a cool spell now at 16C

Ugh! I couldn't live where you live, Victor. 20 C is hot enough for me
(I think it's close to 30 on my balcony now, when the morning sun beats
down on it. Miranda is enjoying it, but I had to come inside out of the
heat). Take care now so you don't get a heat stroke!
