Harri went to her local vet for a checkup today. The vet was very
pleased, said he though her chest sounded fine through it was very hard
to tell through all her purrs.
Her energy level is still way up, she's still very snuggly, and she
seems to be doing very well.

Purrs for the test results to back up the way she's acting.
I know with my Sammy, she acting fully recovered before she actually
was. I almost canceled her appointment back when I learned about her
heart murmur because she was back to acting like herself - and she
still had enough fluid around her heart that the vet gave her some
furosemide (lasix).

Wish Harri will teach Rusty to do the same. He is taking pills every

Great to hear. Purrs for her to be fully recovered soon - though it
sounds like she already thinks she is.

Very slowly. She has some fuzz coming in, though. When she got spayed it
took quite a while for her fur to return. I guess she has slow growing
fur, like me :)

Bandit's hair still hasn't grown back to the length of the rest of her hair
and she had surgery back in March!

Frank's fur still hasn't grown back fully where he was shaved when he
had his dental (they shaved a spot on his throat in preparation for the
IV in case they'd wanted to give him fluids afterwards, and another spot
on his leg for bloodtests) in May. Not to mention Mir's from her spay at
the beginning of June.
Hmmm, I was wondering where I made off with all my money these last few
months. That's where it went. First there was Nikki - her care and
cremation - then Frank's dental, then Miranda's spay. Taxicabs to and
from the appointments. Yes, it does add up. (Not too organized about my
economy, me.)

Such good news. A real miracle kitty. I think watching Harri's energy
level, behavior and appetite really is the best diagnostic tool of all.
