Jen M. - 01 Jul 2005 22:18 GMT I came home this morning to my brood and there were three oreo like cookies on the floor. You can tell that they had a grand time with these cookies-- but, ironically, I have never bought these kind of cookies and haven't had visitors here in like a month--hhmmm--maybe a treat from the mothership?
All of them looking a bit long in the face as I was sweeping up the party remains--all the while looking quite incoent. LOL
Weird!
Have Fun, Jen

How strange! Wonder where they dug them out.

Like the "boy scouts" only Girl Scouts are famous for the yearly cookie drive in which they camp in lobbies of stores with their innocent faces and boxes of fattening cookies, tempting one. They used to go door to door.

They used to go door to door. AKA Girl Guides, and in some places, instead of or in addition to the door-to-door thing, they get their parents to sell the cookies in their workplaces. And they've added some even tastier cookies to the ones I used to sell.
Maybe now they are appealing to the cat market?? Look out for a young girl (or parent) collecting for the cookies ordered by the cats!

Jen M. - 02 Jul 2005 19:08 GMT LOL
I moved in here about three months ago and cleaned everything from top to bottom and I can't even recall the last time I bought oreo type cookies--have had them a friend though that tortures me with double-stuffed oreos!
Sincerely--have no idea how they could have gotten them--I mean where, lol. But they sure had a field day with them and wasn't happy that I swept up their party! They still sniff around for them
hhmmmm
Have Fun, Jen, Girly, Spot, and George

Jen M. - 05 Jul 2005 00:39 GMT That is a funny visual! I still have no idea how the cookie came to be here with the cats. I chuckle when I think of one of them having a 'craving', lol!

Jen M. - 14 Jul 2005 05:39 GMT I came home the other morning and there were empty peanut shells that the cats had played and messed with--and I have never bought peanuts in the shells. Boggles my mind--I have no idea where the cookies or the peanuts came from.

Ever so often the Mothership sends out a newsletter on how to mystify and confuse you hoomins. Lori's crew have been experimenting with the section on playing musical literboxes, and your's have been beaming in strange objects and toys.
A while back mine got together and beamed each and every Bic lighter I had into the great unknown. This has to be the only explanation. They have never turned up and there just can't be that many hiding places in a small two room apartment.

Jen M. - 14 Jul 2005 22:05 GMT I think it is the mothership theory! LOL
I have crystals and stones and other pretties lying around--and my cats now in the night or when I am gone--take one item--and the game is for me to discover which item is missing. You can see them all looking away from me when I get close to something I am going to see missing. Funny thing--I have a small apt. I have cleaned it top to bottom several times and have to yet find the first item that is missing--about 10-15 things now!
Mercy!
