My Mum refuses to believe this, but it happens every year. When I start
planning to go to the island, and talk about how to arrange buses and
boat transportation and so on with my Mum on the phone, Frank gets
antsy. He spends hours every day yowling at the door. I take him out on
his leash, he stays out for 10-20 minute, then he wants back inside, but
when we get home, he plants himself by the door again and yowls, yowls,
yowls. I swear he knows that it is time to go to the island, and he
can't wait. I keep telling him, in a week, in a few days, but he wants
to go NEOW! It's funny, because he spends most of his time there
sleeping inside, anyway. :oP

What a precious boy! He will have to teach Miranda what the Island is!
My father takes his cattle to a different farm in the summer, where
they live outside and eat fresh grass all summer. His friend who has a
livestock truck drives them. His friend says most cattle HATE getting
on a truck, but ours line up for their chance to board, and the only
problem is when they fight to get ON first!

He's probably thinking, get on with it, we're already late this year.

A house is not a home, without a cat.

Oh yes, cats "know" things. I have had this amply demonstrated to me
many times over the years. I hope he has a good time teaching Miranda
all about island life.
