I never talk much about Boots. She is really DH's cat and truthfully
doesn't like me much. Well, I guess she likes me but I am definitely
her second choice. She was sleeping last night and kept doing this
little cough, cough, cough all night. So then I *did* pay attention to
her and she has lost a lot of weight. I got her an appt. for 2:30
today.
So now I'm just frantic she has heartworm or something awful. I don't
think she would lose weight with something like allergies or asthma.
Arrggh. I am NOT going to google. I'll just work myself up into a
state.
DH will just croak if something happens to this cat. I mean it. He
won't even go with me becuase he doesn't want her to blame him.
2:30 purrs are appreciated for both of us.

Oh my, lots of purrs to you all (hope I'm not too late - I never

I'm probably a little too late with this, but I hope it's something easily
treatable.

I got worked up over nothing. Well, almost nothing. Her throat and one
ear is inflamed and he thinks it's just another recurring herpes bout.
And she is very, very wormy. Ugh. That means all five cats probably
are. That might be why she isn't gaining any weight. We got meds for
all five.
Thanks for the purrs, all!!

I would, if she would let me within 10 feet of her. Daddy's girl is
right. She ignored me before, and now she avoids me. :-) The vet
irrigated a big plug of wax out of her ear. DH said, "Oh, that must be
why she never comes when you call her. She couldn't hear you." Yeah,
right.
