Jean is a bit weak, a bit sore, and quite tired, but in really good spirits and was still making sure I was OK without any thought to perhaps I was concerned about her! She's out of ICU and back in a normal ward now. I didn't want to hold her up on the phone, because I'm guessing she doesn't have the strength for a long chat, but she's already well on the way to recovery. The purrs must have worked!
