Take them to the vet - the best answer you will get anywhere.

Kitten may just need longer to get over the cold (since most of what he
takes in is used up by both playing and growing), but it could also be
something more serious, like conjunctivitis (inflamation of the outer lining
of the eye).

Please take the kitten (or both the kitten and mother) to the vet for
complete checkup!

Yes, you really, really need to get teh kitten to a vet. Conjunctivitus in a
kitten can lead to blindness if you don't get it under control. Please see a
vet ASAP.

Congratulations on your additions, and welcome to the group. Looking
forward to hearing more about your kitties.

From what I understand, it's not at all unusual for cats to come to
their new homes with upper respiratory infections, so I wouldn't worry
too much. Since you've already been giving them meds, I assume they've
been seen, but my advice is to check with their vet.
