Have just come back from an excellent few days in the Isle of Wight at
the music festival, and have finally got on top of postings. The
resident cats are back from the cattery, and have been instructed to
purr for all those in need. Has anyone heard anything of Jean Hobbs
yet?
And can I ask for a few purrs for Fenny please? As the days of her
living in the garage turned into weeks, and we were to pick her up, fuss
her, etc, we became more and more convinced that she was neutered .. you
can see where this is going, can't you?
I went to the garage on Wednesday evening to see how she was, and found
that she had "company". After a flurry of panic phonecalls to the vet
we got her booked in for her spay today - we were going away the very
next day, and there would have been no-one to look after her whilst she
was recuperating. I'm waiting to hear from the vets as I type.

Well, at least you caught it early! Keep us posted. Purrs for a very
boring spay.

Oops! Caught in the act! Glad you could get it taken care of right

Thanks all. She came through the op fine, and I pick her up tonight.
My neighbour was feeding her while we were away, and tells me that she
saw two different toms in there at one point; the one I found in there,
and one looking much like Fenchurch herself only twice the size. Gets
about, doesn't she?!!!

Of course you can, Cathi. Purrs for Fenny's op.
