She was very much a lapcat this weekend.

Awww, Miranda does not look at all happy with that lampshade on her head!
But she's still adorable.

She is cuddled up to Grandma just like a little kid who is upset with her
Mommy.  After all, Grandma wasn't the one who was mean to her last week and
is making her wear the silly collar.

(Just trying to make you feel guilty if Miranda hasn't already)  8~)'

Oh, she'ws doing a pretty good job at that herself, but I'm sure she's
happy with any help she can get. ;o) I'll admit I felt a pang of
jealousy when she went to Granny and asked to be picked up.

Poor sweetie.  At least she's enjoying all the attention.

Poor Miranda! I have never had to put an E-Collar on my girlcats after
spaying - do the vets recommend that in Finland?

TED said to put a collar on her if she started worrying at the body
stocking, and the minute we came home from TED's and I let her out of
her carrier, she started to rip at it. I take the collar off her every
now and then so she can have a wash, but when she starts to pull at the
bandages over her incision, I put it back on. She'll have to stand it
for a few days more.
