Still no word from the folks in Irvine that I interviewed with twice. I
e-mailed to COO Friday and he said they still hadn't made up their minds
but I was still in the running (one of the four they were considering).

Meanwhile, I located a telecommute programming gig that would be
perfectly suited for me. I e-mailed my cover letter, resume, and
references this morning. Hoping to hear from them soon.

Nancy suggested to her boss a means by which he might be able to get a
replacement for her quickly, thereby getting Nancy freed for her new job
more quickly.

Congratulations to Nancy, and purrs that you get the job that's best for
you.

Purrs that you get the telecommute programming gig and that Nancy can
start her new job ASAP.

It would be funny if you ended up with 2 job offers at the same time
and had to make a choice.

Any news on your hernia?

Purrs continuing for you both to find your dream jobs soon. I suppose
it wouldn't help any for a bunch of us to email the big wigs
suggesting they get of their collective fat a**ses and make a decison
;-)
