Tinta has a home now! Evelyn, from this NG showed interest in her, but she couldn't take her until the end of June. So my classmate decided to foster her and try to find her a permanent home Well after my final today, I saw my classmate, Mary Kay and I asked her how Tinta was doing. She said Tinta was doing WONDERFUL. She has eight other cats and as soon as she got home, Tinta started making friends. Tinta is in kitty heaven, she says. Tinta is such a love bug, in fact, that Mary Kay has fallen in love right back and has decided to keep her. AWWWWWWWWWW!!!! So on one hand, I'm sorry that I couldn't place her with Evelyn, but on the other, I'm very happy that she's found a nice home, with nice hoomins and lots of kitties to play with. And Evelyn was still worrying whether getting another cat was the right thing to do when she may be moving, so it worked out well for everyone! (I had told Kristi I'd leave it in the hands of fate - if she didn't find a home for Tinta, I'd take her, if she did, I'd assume I wasn't meant to have her.) |
