Hi All,

I just happened to be looking in the right direction at the right time
to see the 'sucky monster' try to eat my boy Smokey.  He made a leap
from the back of the couch to the rolling bar and missed.  OK, no big
deal!  He missed by enough that he didn't land on his back or
anything, just fell straight down.  Just one of those things that
calls for a few licks of the fur and an 'I meant to do that'
expression.

NOT THIS TIME!  The poor little man landed on the starter switch of
the battery powered carpet sweeper which makes a pretty impressive
amount of noise when it runs in place.  There was a Russian Blue blur
that disappeared into the bedroom.  It took me a few moments to get
up, go in the living room, and hit the switch myself.

By the time I got back to the computer room, there was Smokey in the
cat tree licking his fur and evincing an  air of "No, really, I MEANT
to do that".

ROFL!  Of *course* he meant to do that!  He was trying to tell you it's time
to use the sucky monster, just not when he's in the room.  Uh huh :)  So did
you turn it on?

LMHO! Poor kitty!

Were you able to convince him that you were laughing WITH him, not at him?
;o)

I didn't think so. My boys never believe me when I tell them that,
either.

Poor boy! He couldn't have done that if he had tried. Scary.

ROTFLMAOWTIME!  Why, oh why, do we take so much fun from the total
discomfiture or our dear, sweet babies - but oh how it makes us laugh.
Thanks O J, I needed a good laugh today!  ;>

Hugs,
