This morning, as Willie dove into the kitchen, he encountered Quinn
right there who gave him a full body rub, Willie just blinked instead of
a swat.
When I got in from my ride the Gang of Four were ready for snack -
except Willie, I called 'n whistled and normally he'd show up at full
speed. When Beast was missing asking Quinn "Where's Beast?" he'd find
him so I tried "Where's Willie?". A bit later Quinn was sitting on a
rock, staring intently due north through the woods. I called Willie
again and, sure enough, Willie's over the fence and through the woods to
Daddy's house. Right from where Quinn was looking. Hmmm.
They don't often laze about together but I caught them window-gazing
this afternoon: (also posted to binaries). Norm

I knew your cats live a happy and pampered life but your pic series proves
it beyond any doubt. I especially like the "bar-stool" pic w/belly hanging
down, and the gang of cats woodpiled in the backseat when you moved back
north. Your surroundings there are very appealing; so very different from
FL, although I would have another M.I. watching that guy on the elevated
deck railing....

Pampered? He who knows the secret of the can opener becomes god for
life - I'm under no illusions about retaining my position if they crack
the code. But seriously. Like any good baseball manager says, "I just
stand back and let them play". If anything I feel guilt over how little
attention they get.

Who? Me? Loos?

(Snort) No, not you, Norm....old cyberfriends we may be but don't sit on
that deck rail after you've had a few
@ your bar there. I meant Loos, not her hoomin slave.
And you're right about the can opener....while it lasts, let us enjoy our
superior status in the food chain.....LOL.

Great picture!!! It's very odd how dynamics change when one of the crowder
departs for the RB.

It's a tough time for us hummins but it does seem that the cats have
grown closer the last few weeks. Last night I found enemies Loos and
Quinn sharing the same chair - caughtcha!

What a nice picture. I had a look at the other pics in the album, too.
Lovely cats, funny captions.
