I've been missing a couple of small items for a few days. Nanki-Poo likes
to bat all sorts of things around, so I figured he had probably batted them
under some piece of furniture. It's almost impossible for me to get down on
the floor, so I haven't checked under things for quite some time. Today I
got a cane and scooped under the couch and two or three other pieces of
furniture. I didn't find what I was looking for. However, I did find:
12 mousies
4 balls
a wad of crumpled wrapping paper
a pedometer
a bottle of eye drops
an individually wrapped cough drop

LOL
the other day I moved all the furniture in the living room to clean it
properly (usualy I just slide the couch out from the wall a little to
sweep behind it). I was staggered at the treasure trove I unearthed -
one small green rubber ball, two sparkly bellballs, a red mousey, and
about fifty bottlecaps! The cats were in paradise for the rest of the
morning...

I once had "retriever" cat, who would hide discarded
candy-wrappers (apparently somewhere in the fourth
dimension), then bring them out months later to have them
thrown for her. It could be a bit embarrassing if I had
guests in August and she brought out something that plainly
came from some sort of Christmas confection! (I'm not the
world's tidiest housekeeper, but really!)

Did the items have any value? Have you checked Ebay? :-) :-) :-)

No, they don't have any real value. They're just part of a quirk of mine.
They're little plastic pill cups. Hospitals sometimes use them to give
pills, and they are discarded. I had accumulated a few of them, and I like
to use them for my daily pills - one for morning, one for evening, and one
for the in between times. I put out the next day's pills before I go to
bed.

about a month ago, I cleaned every inch of the living room because i
was having guests. I even cleaned my bedroom pretty well too
I found all the mousies that Mischief loves to play with that have gone
missing.
Now a month later, I can't find them anymore
