Me and Kitty been hunting agen dis week. Our score since Monday wiv der
young rats (hey, dey got a lot bigga!) is me 1, Kitty FC 2.
I still not quite got der hang of der killing bite like Kitty does. She a
eggspurt at it. I still lerning from her.
You would laff if you saw her. She very very tiny and most of der time she
asleep in front of der fire cos she old. Den she get up, stretch and go
outside and come in making a big noise about wot she just cort in her mowf.
1 day I ope I be as good as she.
I twice her size but I fritened of her. She its me round der ears every
day.

Ahhh, Boyfriend, KFC is just trying to teach you the right way to do
things. You know she loves you, in her own inimitable way. She boxes
your ears when she feels you have done something incorrectly, and she
believes (probably wrongly) that boys don't learn if they aren't
smacked.

You are so fine and brave to have caught 1 rat, my cats don't catch
anything but crickets, and Tuppence likes to leave piles of the legs at
my chair so I know she's been keeping down the pest population.

I bet if you asked her, real nice like, KFC would probably (grudgingly)
tell you that she wasn't a supreme huntress when she first started
learning.

Hmmm. I fink you wrong. She box my ears when she feeling grumpy. Dats

Hey, I've cort more dan one rat! I've cort four, plus mousies, plus birdies
and a shrew dat made me frow up. No more of dem for me. Dat was my first
kill. Kitty laffed and said everyone nose that shrews make you sick. I
dint. I nevver saw dose fings you call crickets.

I don't fink she wud admit it. I more likely to get my ears boxed agen if I
asked her.
She a bundle of fire. She SOME sort of kitty. Der sort of kitty that you
need to say nice fings to if you no wots gud for you..and me, I do.

Hi Boyfriend. Hey, even one rat is a good score! IBKFergus is very jealous,
because you have real life rats, and she only has catnip filled mousies to
chase. She's sure real life rats would be far more fun, however her Meowmie
is quite happy with the catnip mousies, thankyou very much :-)

Hey, yoo no, IBKFergus, dis is not der first rat I cort. Dis is the 3rd
one. Okay dey are not big ones, but like meowmie says, if I get dem small,
dey don't get into big ones dat try and ete her baby chickens.
You shud just see der big ones. Dey are huge, dese grandfather ones wiv
teef like chisels - did you no big rats teef were brown, eeew? I pretend I
dont see dem and so duz Kitty.
Before, I also cort two collared doves, a blackbird, a sparrow and a
chaffinch. Meowmie seems cross wiv me wen I catch der birdies. She tell
me just to get der rats and mousies - but sometimes, sometimes, wen I see
der birdies I want to catch dem, and wen I do, Meowmie tell me off :-(
