YES!!!  I am so glad the courts are starting to see pets as something other
than inexpensive property!

(Sigh) Am gratified to see this news...encouraging...but I
still believe mandatory prolonged residence in the slammer would do more to
curb random cruelty from warped minds operating out of the same gutter as
child
molesters. Cats rule! And should have more options than
peeing on keyboards.....
