I've heard that there are some cats that get a sort of imprint on their
kitty-psyches and have a strong identification with their pet two-legs.
Louie has decided that Stosh thinks I'm a cat.
Case in point: Stosh likes to follow the ladies around around and swat the
tips of their tails. He'll often initiate a game off wrasslin
with Brandy by just grabbing her by the tail. Now I have hair down to my
butt when it's unbraided, and Stosh has a bizarre fixation on it. He'll
swing it, try to climb it, and lately he's been trying to wrassle my
ponytail. Then he'll come on my lap and knead like he was still a kitten.
Brandy does this also, but she doesn't need Ritalin as badly as her big
brother. Louie figures this is because they see me as mama-cat, while Roxie
and Odessa who are more mature seem to take me as almost a peer. (after all,
I am but a mere servant.)
I have to go lick my hair now.
Blessed be,
Baha

cats were deified in ancient Egypt.
To this day, they have not forgotten.

Stosh sounds like a cutie! One of my cats thinks I'm prey because she
constantly tries to trip me. I've seen animal documentaries that show
big cats tripping up their prey to make them easier to catch. After
thinking about that, I might not sleep well tonight!

Kumani and Tyche are still fixated on DP as their mother, and they're
almost 2. To Smokey we are his saviours and best friends, and to Nox,
her attaches.

Has she considered a career in diplomatic service, or does her queenly
nature get in the way? From all I've read of Nox I can picture her as Queen
Victoria: "We are not amused!"
