Persia is extra chatty today. Maybe it's because the weather is gorgeous and I have the windows open. She was out in her Kitty Walk for a while earlier. She's been loafing on the windowsills, too. She pointed out birds and a squirrel. She's chatting at me every time I come near; little mrrphs and chirps. If I scritch her ears she tilts back her head for a chin-scritch and says softly "mrroww!" She's doing elevator butt if I scratch her back and mrrphing at me. And purring like mad. I need to take some new pics of her. I just can't seem to find any new scenarios to capture her in. I doan wanna go onna OUT; it is scary out dere. I like looking out da WIN DO but I doan wanna go on da out. Dere are big DOGS out dere and those big monster called CARS. When Mommy puts me in da carrier thingey I get put in da CAR and den she takes me to da "smelly place". Dey treat me nice except when dey poke me wif da needle. But dey been bery, bery good to me. Dey love me and play wif me when da udder kitties aren't dere to make me upset. Dey say I'm so soft and pretty. I am soft and pretty! <G> Persia >>> Persia is extra chatty today. I get very excited this time of year, when I see all the birdies, and I can smell the outside kitties coming around MY place. But I don't really want to be on the OUT either, except when my Mommy takes me with the harness and leash. Then I can enjoy the nice smells and the sun, and be safe with Mommy. I don't know anyone who likes to go to TED and the smelly place, either. I get so scared there that I let them do pretty much anything they want, even if it feels nasty. I just don't seem to be able to move. But I am a forgiving sort of fellow, and I try to be polite to everybody. I like my Kitty Walk. Mommy puts me out when it's not raining and lets me back inside when I ask her to. I'm da good kitty; I use da inside litter box and I doan try to runned away no more like I did when I was first here. I learned my lesson about runnding away a monf after I found my Mommy. I hadda sleep under da bush and got mud and leeves in my pretty fur. I went back to Mommy da next night. I don't see very many birdies, around here since there are a lot of trees in front of the windows. Mama Kristi has two birdies, but I can't get to them, it's so unfair. When I snuck out last week, I found a cage with three birdies in it!! I wanted to get a closer look, but Mama Kristi caught me. I tried to explain that I wasn't going to hurt the birdies or run away. I just wanted to EXPLORE!!! She further tortures me by having the screen door shut so I can smell all the wonderful smells but she WON'T LET ME OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sit there and cry and cry and whine but she won't let me out. She just scolds me and then shuts the door! I'm putting on my cutest face and she won't even let me out for a moment. And when I get sneaky enough and slip out when she's closing the door, I don't get very far. She'll placate me a little bit by giving me lap time and scritches but it's NOT FAIR!!! how do you kitties do it? Mischief >>> Persia is extra chatty today. Mommy and Daddy were owt inna yard a lot today. They walk behind dis noisy growly fing and say dat dey Moe da grass. But I don't unnerstand, since Moe in here wif me & da ofur kitties. Moe not owt der wif dem and da grass. I hope you rite me soon, Persia, and not furget dat I yur boyfriend. I see you talk to anothur kitty named Stinky and I gets jellus. Mom went to the farmer's market with her Freind an he got Cat Grass growin in planters for his kitties and Mom got us some too.
