Hi there: I'm down with a strep throat. It seems so much worse than I remember it being before but I've got some antibiotics now so should be on the mend pronto. I get this whole scarletina thing going with it (big red rash) so I look terrible! To celebrate, Chester, the rat, stayed out the whole night and I was worried sick about him. Exactly why this exasperating feline is such a special friend. Chester is special friend to my husband, who gets frustrated with Otis. When my son was about eight he got Scarlet Fever. Of his playmates, one got Scarlet Fever and one got what they said was Scarlet Fever without the rash. My son was very susceptible to strep. I just got back from a weekend away and just saw this, but am hoping that things are better now. I've never had strep, but did recently have acute bronchitis and it sucked. I'm glad Otis is taking good care of you.
