Sammy's take: It was TERRIBLE - absolutely the worst day EVER. Should
have known something was up when the hoomin got up so early (7 after
getting home at 3 from a hard night's work delivering pizza). He
stumbled into the kitchen, and instead of feeding Momma and me,
snatched me up and stuck me in my carrier. Then it was off to the blue
monster - but not to take a nice ride, instead we ended up at TED's
place.

Things went downhill from there. Besides the usual poking and
prodding, the hoomin left me there ALL DAY. Some nonsense about maybe
I'd calm down and not need to be sedated for some kind of heart test.
Well, I showed them. Scared the evil hoomins who help TED so much that
they were afraid to take me out of the carrier. Unfortunately, TED
wasn't scared enough, he manged to get me out while I was distracted.
Don't know if they ever tested my heart or not, 'cause he did
something, and I took a nap. Anyway, eventually our hoomin showed up
and took me home. You'd think Momma would have been happy to see me,
but she HISSED AT ME!!! She said I smelled funny. I felt kind of out
of sorts and decided the best thing would be to take a nap after a
good bath.

Little Bit: Of course I hissed - she smelled AWFUL. Besides, I had
been worrying about her ever since the hoomin had stuck her in the
carrier, left, and then came home without her. I spent the day trying
to ask the hoomin where my baby was, but the silly doofus still
doesn't understand cat talk after 4 years of servitude. Anyway,
sometime in the afternoon he left again, and when he came home he had
Sammy with him. I rushed over to say hello, but when I got a whif I
couldn't help but hiss - she smelled of the EVIL place. It was okay,
though, the hoomin snatched up one of his shirts from the pile where
he throws them after wearing them. He rubbed it all over Sammy, which
disguised the horrible-place smell enough that when she started taking
a bath I could stand to go help her get rid of the smell.
