Having almost run out of TP, I picked some up today & foolishly left it on
the bathroom counter when I headed for work..... Well, that 12 pack of TP
must have been just FULL of greeblings......
I just arrived home to find 6 of the 12 rolls spread around the house,
partially sredded & free of all evil greeblings.  Both kittys were waiting
proudly at the door & toured me around the battle zone to show me the
results of their epic battle to keep the house greebling free.

Brave kitties!

My bathroom is always crawling with greeblings. A couple of the cats have
found a way to get in there when the door is closed, through a small hole in
an adjacent closet, leading into a cupboard under the sink. Once they pry
open the cupboard door, and get into the bathroom proper, the cupboard doors
close behind them and they can't get out. So, if I don't ue the bathroom for
a long time, they get bored and go after those greeblings in the rolls of
TP.

Oh, Nina is a valiant warrior against the toilet paper Greeblings.  But she
usually only attacks them one roll at a time. I don't want her to feel
overwhelmed, so I keep the rest of the roll out of her reach.  But I'm apt
to find the remnants of a fierce battle all over the bedroom when I come
home.  =o)

I've found the only way to prevent TP greeblings is to keep the roll
in the bedroom when not in use and only take it to the bathroom when
needed. It got me several funny looks when we had workmen in and they
would say " Can I use your toilet?" and I'd say "Yes let me just get
you the toilet paper from the bedroom"

If left in the bathroom it hatches greeblings and Redunzel defends her
hoomins againgst greeblings with great ferocity!

I am sure glad Persia has never found greeblings in my toilet paper!
However, there must be some hiding in the cardboard rolls when they empty...

One morning I woke to a shredded roll of paper towel under DH's desk.  The
roll had been on MY desk as I had cleaned up some Smokey-puke earlier, and
left it on my desk.  The pile of shredded paper was at least 2 feet high,
and about 3 feet around.  I have no idea which of the 8 did it!  Probably
ganged up on the poor paper towel :(

It appears that big trucks are excellent environments for the growth of
both paper towel and toilet paper greeblings. I have a roll of TP on the
dash that used for nose-blowing, and several rolls of paper towels in
the overhead and on the top bunk. The TP roll was pretty well shredded
the first week Harri was in the truck with me, but I leave it on the
dash anyway since it seems to sprout new greeblings every couple of weeks.

The paper towels that aren't locked in the cabinet get partially beaten
up - I guess just enough that Harri can ge tthe greeblings to crawl out.
I can't remember the last time I used a paper towel that didn't have
claw marks or tooth marks on it.

I know the feeling.  When my roomie and I order pizza and have a roll
of paper towels in the living room, it will be shredded by the next day

I have two rolls of TP sititng in the bathroom and so far they've been
unscathed.  But i bet if I left them in the bedroom or the liviing room
they would get shredded.
