We each named a bitty.
Eric is the tabby with white belly and paws.
Kwai Gun Kit is the mostly black kitten.
Pez is the black and white bitty with white hind quarters.
Spike is the obnoxious tabby and white.
...And last but not least the little Holstein kitten was named Traveler
(by Rob) because he seems to wander around a lot and because his
markings look like Australia, South America, and several islands.

Great names! So, what is Kwai Gun Kit from? It's great.

Mike. He's a BIG Star Wars fan and loved the character of Kui Gun Ginn,
who died at the end of Star Wars episode one. He says that the little
kamikaze kitten really fits the title. I can only shake my head and be
glad for Eric.

You may know this, but Robert E. Lee's much-loved horse was named
Traveler.

It was the first thing that popped into my head when Rob said the name.
Traveler is the "runt" of the litter, if you could call any of them
runts. He's also one of the most active of the bunch. I get a kick out
of him, the littlest, and Spike, the biggest crawling all over the other
kits.

Wasn't Traveller the name of one of Dave Y's kitties?

OMG, you're right! I'd totally forgotten about that. An inadvertent
tribute to Dave Y at the same time. TOTALLY AWESOME!!!

I don't understand how a 3-day old babe can be obnoxious.. MLB

One of the absolute delights of having newborn pups or kits in the house is
watching how quickly their personality shows itself. And then watching them
develop in relation to each other. Yes a newborn can be pushy and
"obnoxious" in relation to his siblings while he is walking all over them,
interfering with their feeding when he is already stuffed, wanting all his
mom's attention etc.

Actually, it has been so long since I've been around newborns, I have
forgotten when they can actually see. MLB

Oh, I remember when our Meow had her kittens. Sooty, who became My Cat, was
terribly obnoxious. He was bigger than the rest and he would shove the
others out of the way if they were on his favorite nipple. However, he
turned out to be a very, very sweet and loving cat to humans and all the
other cats alike :)

Peewee was like that at the shelter. He was bigger than the other
kittens, beating them up and not letting them loose - holding them down
and torturing them. All the other kittens were spoken for - he was
black, had a spot of ringworm on his face and a very broad nose, so
nobody wanted him. I had just lost the black cat I had 16 years (since
I was a pre-teen) and didn't want another black cat. But there he was,
so pitiful. He ended up being one of the the sweetest, nicest cats I
have ever known. :)

Aww! :o) Bless all the little bitties and their new names!
Donna, Captain, and Stanley
P.S. from Captain: Hey, Traveller! I have an Australia-shaped spot on the
side of my nose! Maybe we're related1 :3

Awesome names :-) I especially like Traveller, it would please David
Yehudah too.
