But goodness only knows what hidden physical problems it might have had, if its development was so out-of-the-ordinary as to cause it to have two faces. "Blinkers" was otherwise healthy, but because he was blind, my dad was afraid he would injure himself as he got larger by running into things. He was sold for veal. I was sad because I had taught him to walk on a halter, so he could get some exercise outside of his little pen. Had he been a kitty, Blinkers would have probably had a long life as a healthy, albeit blind, cat (like Duffy). I was hoping for Duffy's lifestyle for Deuce. But Deuce is at rest now. --Fil It's very sad, but's it's probably as well, he is now a whole properly formed baby kittie at RB and will be cared for by all that went before.
