Has she had another kitten yet? I'm still betting 2 more kittens, and by
4:00 AM Central US Time And I'm thinking, another black & white and another
black, a boy and a girl. Oh, and the girl will need some help... don't know
why I think that. I'm sorry.

I still think the grand total will be 5. Not sure about timing at this
point.

I'm awake (for now) and just got out of the tub (it's 11:49pm PST).
I'm hoping I'll sleep tonight, but I'm very nervous about teaching a
class at church tomorrow.

To heck with going to bed... I just started the 'easter' stew. Browned the
lamb shanks and deglazed the pan with wine and added chicken stock...
starting the simmer with a dash of black pepper and dried marjoram. I'll
give it 50 minutes then I'll take a nap and check back in on Sonya :)

The lamb shanks were rancid! I'm not sure if they were that way when the
butcher gave them to me - he'd vacuum sealed them - but when I opened the
package, OMG the stench! YUK! Since I'd put them in the freezer a month
ago, no way of getting my money back now. So Easter dinner today will be
tattie and leek soup. Nothing wrong with that; I love it :) But I sure was
looking forward to lamb stew. (sigh) I'll give the butcher the evil
cat-stare of death the next time I see him.

Nope, Sonya fell asleep on everyone else. She had her final two kittens
(we think) at around 1:30 this afternoon. I'm not sure on the colors,
but I think they were both black and white. We haven't sexed the
kittens yet, so we don't know what we have here. I'm not sure I want to
know to be honest.
