Now they're older most of the time we get it right, but Redunzel is slightly stockier in build through shorter and her face is a little more rounded with eyes that light up like great big gold coins and Sarrasine is taller, thinner, and her face is more heart shaped. Of course another dead giveaway is the one misbehaving will be Sarrasine and the one looking on in horror is Redunzel, (I can hear what she is thinking, "Hey sister! They aren't cruel, they have central heating, the food is pretty good and best of all we get ham sometimes! Please PLEASE don't blow this gaff for us!")
