My cat, moonshine, is almost 3, and is trained on a leash.  When I take him
outside he's fine, but when it's time to come back in he starts hissing
and growling at me and my other two cats.  Also his sister, Jewel, had a
kitten about 1yr ago(she had two, but sadly the first one didn't make it.
I tried for hours trying to revive him, but at no use.)her daughter's name
is Angel(since she was the only one to survive), and moonshine doesn't get
along with his neice.  He's always running after her and batting
her(sometimes it looks like he's playing and other times it looks like
he's attacking her) I just want them to get along and be happy any
suggestions?

First idea - is Moonshine fixed? If not, getting him neutered should
make a difference. As for Moonshine and Angel not getting along, I would
suggest trying Feliway diffusers in the areas the kitties frequent the
most, and maybe try some Rescue Remedy drops in their water dishes.

Well where should I start.  Moonshine was fixed as soon as he turned
6mths(I didn't want him spraying everywhere).  Now he just seems to cry
all the time, basically he has become a crybaby. The night I walked him
and then tried to bring him in, he didn't want to budge.  He knew it was
time to come in and yet it seemed like he hated living in the apartment.
I was going to sit down on in front of the linai door and just wait for
him to get close.  While I was waiting he pulled on the harness and leash
and somehow slipped the harness off.(I had to buy him a small dog harness
because he's to big(not fat) for a regular cat harness.)  Let's just say
when he figured out that he was loose he almost ran away before I caught
him.  I have no clue as to what is going on, I've tried everything from
catnip, toys, playing, walking him, trying to hold him and pet him (but he
just wiggles around like he hates being held),he just seems to cry
constantly.  He never had a problem with me holding him before.  Please
help!!!

Do you leave the harness on him all the time now? He should wear it
only when going out on the leash. And give him a treat to make it a
positive thing. Take it off inside and pet him good and give another
treat. Some cats, mine included, seem to think the harness is some
kind of punishment. A cat needs love and reassurance and lots of
positive feedback while training on the leash. It can take a lot of
time. He sounds like he really wants the adventure of outdoors...it is
in the blood of a cat. But perhaps you can fix him a perch in front of
a window where he can watch birds. Don't leave the window open as some
cats can push out a screen. Have you thought about getting him a
similar age playmate? Young "teenage" cats aren't too interested in
cuddling  as much as playing.
