I learned something today. Thatistersay, I was forcibly instructed ... Jelly
donuts (raspberry) are gooshyfood.
I was peacefully lying in bed reading whilst she played.
<digression>
I found an orange foam ball when unpacking. At least, that's what I thought
it was. She immediately identified it as an orange greeblin and went berserk
killing it. All over the bedroom. Literally. It was flying through the air,
being ricocheted under furniture, pounced on, kicked, fallen on... Let me
remind you: this is a 14-yo who is normally the picture of dignity.

When she became tired, she popped onto the bed and headed for her usual
snugglespot when I'm lying down. I have to put my left arm out from my side,
so she can curl into a nothing-but-fur-showing ball wedged into the socket.
Then she turns on the 500-hp Evinrude she keeps hidden somewhere.
She got as far as walking up to me.
SUDDENLY(!) she realized I was *eating* something. This, naturally, always
requires an inspection.
The next thing I knew, she was washing it and biting off wee bits.
Eventually, she ate her fill and took a nap.

When you are a 14 y.o. cat, you can eat anything your heart desires. Isn't
it great she has a new (old) toy!
